I think an overall theme of the episode could be docile. I think that every time the women came close to death while fighting the ‘dog’ is significant. She was fighting almost the entire time trying to figure out ways to get away and/or stop it. The dialogues when she was talking in the radio are also important. You can tell through her emotions how hard she was trying and how much she was set on finishing what she went she went out there to do. The end dialogue I feel is the most important though. She says to loved ones that she really tried but she has reached her limit of options, there was nothing left for her to do. She pours out all her love to them letting them know that she wont be coming back to them. She’d already somewhat escaped once, but she then was out of time to get away because there were more tracking devices put in her and it was too late.
